Similarity grouping is a suggestion, not a verdict — deselect anything you want to keep before confirming. Nothing is removed because it was grouped, only because it was selected.
iOS moves deleted photos and videos to Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted first, where they're kept for about 30 days and still count against your storage. Open that album, tap Select, then Delete All to get the space back immediately.

Open the subscription screen in the app and look for a Restore Purchases option, which re-checks your purchase with Apple. The most common cause is being signed into a different Apple Account than the one that paid.
Force-close the app and reopen it. If it keeps happening, email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, and the app version.
